Jaipur
Better know as the Pink City it is the capital of Rajasthan.
Hawa Mahal - The "Palace of the Winds" made from pink limestone, the façade contains 953 small casements.
The City Palace occupying one seventh of the city centre. Jantar Mantar, a very interesting observatory.
If you are planning to buy printed cotton, handicrafts,
carpets or pottery, then do it here, the bazaars are impressive and you will find the best quality.
Amber Palace, a spectacular building not far from the city.
Chittaurgarh
One of the oldest cities in Rajasthan, dominated by an huge fort with seven impressive gates.
Rana Kumbha's Palace is right inside the fort is a must.
Padmini's Palace is situated in the middle of the lake surrounded by lovely gardens.
Ajmer
The most famous city for the muslim who live in India because the Tomb of Chishti is found here.
This is also the starting point for many Hindu and foreigners who want to visit Pushkar.
Pushkar
Built on the banks of an incredible lake, it's famous for a large number of temples, the most important is Brahmaji Mandir.
500 white temples surround the lake and 52 ghat join them.
The largest camel and cattle trade takes place here during full moon, October/November.
